Biography

Reem is an associate at Al Ghazzawi & Partners, and a licensed, committed, and detail-oriented lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, and litigation matters. I advise both local and international clients on company formation, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. With a strong understanding of Saudi laws and the goals of Vision 2030, I provide strategic and practical legal solutions that support sustainable business growth.

My work includes conducting comprehensive legal research and offering guidance on corporate, labor, insurance, and foreign investment regulations. I establish and register local and foreign companies across various sectors, ensuring full compliance with governmental requirements. I draft and review contracts, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and other key documents essential for business operations. I also assist in legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, manage corporate transformations, and support litigation matters by preparing case files, attending hearings, and representing clients before judicial bodies.

Through close collaboration with partners and senior associates, I contribute to complex corporate transactions and high-stakes legal matters with accuracy, professionalism, and dedication.
