Early Career: Haval embarked on his legal journey in 1994 upon graduating from the College of Law-University of Baghdad. Commencing as a beginner, he progressed through various legal offices in Baghdad & Erbil, steadily advancing to the position of licensed lawyer after several years, ultimately earning a promotion to the esteemed role of a legal consultant.
