Biography

Rima is a corporate partner with more than two decades of legal practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of matters, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions, competition and antitrust, taxation, public-private partnerships, administrative law, government tenders and procurement, construction, real estate, environmental compliance, health and safety, and commercial law. She advises a diverse client base comprising multinational corporations, public and private companies, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and individuals. Her experience spans clients of all sizes from small and medium-sized enterprises to large international organizations operating across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. She has extensive sectoral experience advising clients across a wide range of industries, including construction and infrastructure, water and wastewater services, environmental and waste management, mining and natural resources, manufacturing, trade and distribution, automotive, transportation and logistics, technology and telecommunications, real estate, scientific and technical services, and healthcare.
