Sr. Associate Lawyer

As Saudi Arabia’s legal framework undergoes rapid transformation and global integration, we seek a Senior Associate Lawyer who expresses proactive expertise. Joining our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in our forward-thinking legal approach, adeptly navigating Saudi law with intelligence. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Associate Lawyer located in Dammam. The Sr. Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing cases, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, advising clients, negotiating deals, and representing clients in court.

Job Location: Dammam Office

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks typically expected of a senior associate covering the relevant practice areas
  • Develop strategies to ensure optimum outcome
  • Apply analytical frame of mind and when required, create box solutions to issues on hand
  • Present the issue before the judicial and quasi-judicial agencies effectively
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients and build relationships and trust
  • Be proactive in identifying and indicating gaps to clients
  • Delegate work effectively and mentor juniors  

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of Sharia Law and Principles
  • Excellent Academics credentials
  • Deeper Legal insights and knowledge
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages
  • Demonstrate initiative, proactivity, and maturity
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Computer literate

  • Adept in drafting
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including consensus building.
  • Be abreast of the changes in the legal arenas and update clients on the impact of change on their business

Education, Licensing & Experience

  • J.D. or LL.M from a reputed law school/university
  • Valid license to practice law
  • At least 5 PQE, preferably from a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia
