Dans ce contexte, le gouvernement saoudien encourage les entreprises publiques et priv\u00e9es \u00e0 entrer en bourse par le biais d\u2019introductions en bourse (IPO) sur la Bourse saoudienne (Tadawul).<\/p><p data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"2151\">En cons\u00e9quence, les lev\u00e9es de fonds par introduction en bourse ont fortement progress\u00e9 au cours du premier semestre 2024. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s saoudiennes ont lev\u00e9 2,1 milliards USD \u00e0 travers 19 op\u00e9rations, soit une hausse de 141 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2023.<\/p><p data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2929\">En mati\u00e8re de gouvernance d\u2019entreprise, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 saoudienne des march\u00e9s financiers (Capital Market Authority \u2013 CMA) joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la r\u00e9glementation du march\u00e9 des valeurs mobili\u00e8res ainsi que dans la promotion de la transparence et de la responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises. La CMA a mis en place de nombreuses r\u00e9glementations et lignes directrices afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les normes de gouvernance des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es en Arabie saoudite, en les alignant davantage sur les meilleures pratiques internationales. En ouvrant les introductions en bourse aux QFI, l\u2019Arabie saoudite entend accro\u00eetre les investissements \u00e9trangers sur son march\u00e9 financier et favoriser la croissance \u00e9conomique.<\/p><p data-start=\"3443\" data-end=\"3724\">En 2017, Tadawul a lanc\u00e9 un march\u00e9 parall\u00e8le baptis\u00e9 Nomu, destin\u00e9 aux petites et moyennes entreprises souhaitant lever des capitaux.
